This Manual aims to enhance the efficiency and standardize the Piping Design around Heater (or Direct Fired Heater, Furnace, Reformer, etc, Heater) of Chemistry, Oil, and Oil Refinery to design by SECL.This Manual is applied to Piping Design around Heater of all Plants done by SECL. But, in case Job Features (Client's Requests or Contract) is in discord with this Manual, Job Features must be given precedence over SECL's Manual.
