This Manual is applicable to Underground Piping Design of Plant by arranging general design standard and guideline for Plant Design.
Design Guideline required in this Manual should be applied to all the Underground Piping performed by SECL other than the Revision by Client or Local Regulation.
Underground Piping means all the Pipe Laying Underground such as Trench Piping, Pit Piping, Laying Piping. While Trench Piping generally makes the drawing in Aboveground Piping, it will be handled in this Manual as it should be planned like Laying Piping at Initial Piping Plan
