This Manual aims to reinforce and standardize the Piping Layout (Incl Supports) for Compressor /Turbine systems for oil refinery and Chemical Plants designed by SECL.

This Manual applies to large Compressor/Turbine Piping of all plants to be implemented by SECL. For Any Disparity With The Client Spec, the latter shall prevail.
