"CHANDAN KUMAR CHANDA", PhD, is Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah (West Bengal). He is a Fellow of Institute of Engineers (India) and Life Member of the Indian Society of Technical Education. He has about 5 years of industrial (SAIL) and 26 years of teaching and research experiences.

"SUMIT BANERJEE", PhD, is Associate Professor and Head, Department of Electrical Engineering at Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur (West Bengal). He is a Member of Institute of Engineers (India) and Life Member of the Indian Society of Technical Education.

"ABHIJIT CHAKRABARTI", PhD, is Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah (West Bengal). He is former Vice-Chancellor of Jadavpur University, and Chairman of West Bengal State Council of Higher Education.
